一、《江苏统计年鉴2022》(以下简称《年鉴》)是一部全面、系统反映江苏省2021年及历史重要年份国民经济和社会发展情况的资料性年刊,收录了江苏省及各地区大量的经济社会发展统计信息。 二、《年鉴》分为22篇:1.综合;2.国民经济核算;3.人口、就业和工资;4.价格指数;5.人民生活;6.固定资产投资;7.财政、金融;8.对外经济贸易;9.能源、资源、环境;10.农业;11.工业;12.建筑业;13.运输、邮电和服务业;14.批发零售、住宿餐饮和旅游;15.科技、教育;16.文化、体育、卫生;17.公共管理、社会保障和社会组织;18.城市经济与建设;19.区域经济;20.市县社会经济;21.县(市)社会经济发展序列;22.乡镇基本情况以及附录部分,全国分省主要指标。 为方便读者使用,各篇首设有简要说明,对本篇的主要内容、资料来源、统计范围、统计方法以及历史变动情况予以简要概述,篇末附有主要统计指标解释。 三、《年鉴》资料大部分来自年度统计报表,少部分来自抽样调查等。全国分省资料来自国家统计局的有关统计资料。 四、《年鉴》中所使用的度量衡单位均采用国际统一标准计量单位。 五、《年鉴》中国民经济行业分类按2017年国家标准“国民经济行业分类”(GB/T4754-2017)执行。 六、《年鉴》总量指标计算所采用的价格均为现行价格。 七、《年鉴》中部分数据合计数或相对数由于单位取舍不同产生的计算误差,均未作机械调整。 八、《年鉴》表中“…”表示数据不足本表最小单位数;空格表示该项统计指标数据不详或无该项数据;加“#”表示其中的主要项。 感谢国内外广大读者多年来对《年鉴》编辑出版工作的支持和帮助,欢迎继续提出宝贵意见,使《年鉴》的形式和内容更趋完善。 Ⅰ.Jiangsu Statistical Yearbook 2022(abbreviated as Yearbook hereinafter) is an annual statistical publication which preflects comprehenisive and systematic data series about the national economy and social development in Jiangsu Province in 2021 and some selected data series in historically important years.It includes much statistical information on economic and social development the province and various regions. Ⅱ.Yearbook contatins twenty-two chapters:1.General Survey;2.National Accounts;3.Population,Employment and Wages;4.Price Indices;5.People's Livelihoods;6.Investment in Fixed Assets;7.Government Finance,Financial Intermediation;8.InternationalTrade and Economic Cooperation;9.Energy,Resources and Environment;10.Agriculture;11.Industry;12.Construction;13.Transport,Postal and Telecommunication Services,and Service Industry;14.Wholesale and Retail Trades,Hotels,Catering Services and Tourism;15.Science and Technology,Education;16.Culture,Sports and Public Health;17.Public Management,Social Security and Social Or-ganizations;18.Urban Economy and Construction;19.Regional Economy;20.Social Economy of Cities and Counties;21.Social Econo-my Development Sequence of Counties(Cities);22.Basic Conditions of Villages and Towns.Appendix—Major Indicators by Province. To facilitate readers,the Brief Introduction at the beginning of each chapter provides a summary of the main contents of the chapter,data sources,statistical scope,statistical methods and historical changes.At the end of each chapter,Explanatory Notes onMain Statistical Indicators are included. Ⅲ.The major data sources of this Yearbook are obtained from annual statistical reports,and some from sample surveys.National major indicators grouped by province are obtained from relative statistical data published by the National Bureau of Statistics of China. Ⅳ.The units of measurement used in the Yearbook are international standard measurement units. Ⅴ.The classification of national economic industry used in the Yearbook is carried out according to the national standard of 2017's"The Classification on National Economic Industry"(GB/T4754-2017). Ⅵ.The prices used in the calculation of the gross indicators are current prises. Ⅶ.Statistical dicrepancies on totals and relative figures due to rounding are not adjusted in the Yearbook. Ⅷ.In the Yearbook,"…"indicates that the data are not large enough to be measured in the smallest unit in the table;(blank space)indicates that the data are unknown,or are not available,"#" indicates the major breakdown of the total.
